Since I just learned how to update my blog yesterday, I am designating today as the official grand opening of this web site. I would like to dedicate this site to my current and future students and all tai chi and qigong enthusiasts, past and present. We all know how these exercises have changed our lives. We understand the magnitude of dedication required to learn these exercises. We know there is no magic to learning these arts, just many hours of practice with the right kind of instruction. Our tai chi and qigong community is not large. We owe our gratitude to those who came before us and those who continue to teach us. To all of you who have committed yourselves to these arts, I am grateful. Thank you!
